fix(release): bundle Memind wechat/ subtree into memind-lib
...
wechat-mp.mjs imports wechat/ack/*; omitting that directory caused Admin API
bootstrap to fail on 103 artifact deploys.

fix: skill 路由统一挂在 /admin-api/skills，兼容 vite proxy
...
前台 vite 将 /api → portal(8081)，/admin-api → memindadm(8085)。
将 user 路由从 /api/skills 移至 /admin-api/skills，公共 GET
不需要 auth，invoke 需 user auth，admin 操作需 admin auth。

- schema.mjs：adm_skills / adm_skill_flags / adm_skill_invocations 三表建表 + seed

- flag-resolver.mjs：优先级链 user > plan > caller_type > global
- goosed-client.mjs：HTTPS + 自签名证书 + round-robin 双节点支持
- executors/goosed.mjs：一次性 goosed session，SSE 收集结果

- routes.mjs：/api/skills/* (public) + /admin-api/skills/* (admin)

修复 103 登录：API/5174 监听 0.0.0.0，preview 反代 /auth 到 8085。
...
105 nginx 需能访问 Studio 端口；5174 直连时也需把鉴权请求转发到 Admin API。

Memind 生产目录已切为无源码 runtime，memind_adm 改为自带 memind-lib 模块并保留 MEMIND_LIB_ROOT 作数据根路径。
