fix(release): bundle Memind wechat/ subtree into memind-lib
...
wechat-mp.mjs imports wechat/ack/*; omitting that directory caused Admin API
bootstrap to fail on 103 artifact deploys.

修复 103 发布：将 test-memind 共享模块打入 memind_adm 产物包。
...
Memind 生产目录已切为无源码 runtime，memind_adm 改为自带 memind-lib 模块并保留 MEMIND_LIB_ROOT 作数据根路径。

收口 memind_adm 主线并切换 103 为无源码产物发布。
...
统一共享用户/计费/空间额度能力，新增 Ops 与套餐同步，并以 release-prod.sh 作为唯一生产发布入口。
