After 103 public IP migration, 105 edge configs proxy to 10.10.0.2:8081 instead of the unreachable 58.38.22.103 or direct public 180.159.29.143.

Replace fixed ackText with a rule-based AckProvider that picks
response templates by message type and intent (translate, summary,
rewrite, poster, ppt, mindmap, code, search, schedule). Pure sync,
zero I/O, auto-falls back to config.ackText on any error.
