fix: broaden WeChat session page continuation phrasing

Recognize retry, HTML page, page edits, and poem content edits as session continuations so delivery skips fresh-thumbnail forcing and retains agent context for multi-turn page work. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
